Topa Management Company was
established over 30 years ago to develop, manage and own a
portfolio of commercial and residential properties and in 1981
began to offer its services to other property owners. Topa
Management Company seeks to understand the property owner's
objective and establish a management plan to attain the balance
between cash flow and asset appreciation which will meet the
established objective. Topa's philosophy is the same today
as when it was founded - Professionalism in property management,
high quality standards and timely and accurate accounting and
reporting. These principles have served as the
cornerstones for the company's operations.

Paul R. Gienger,
President
Mr. Gienger has been with Los Angeles based Topa Management
Company since 1977. Mr. Gienger has developed, leased,
financed and managed both multi-family residential and
commercial properties in his over 25 year career at Topa.
Paul is a licensed broker in the State of California and the
State of Hawaii and a member of the Building Owners and
Managers Association (BOMA). |

Curt Nakamura,
General Manager & Leasing
Mr. Nakamura has over 12 years of real estate experience in
the Oahu market. A graduate of the University of Washington
in Seattle, Curt has worked extensively in the financial and
real estate markets in both Hawaii and Washington State. Mr.
Nakamura is the General Manager of the Topa Financial Center
located in Downtown Honolulu. Mr. Nakamura has been a major
contributor in the overall improvement of the relationship between
the landlord and tenants. |

Rory S. Reiley,
Chief Engineer
Mr. Reiley has worked in all phases of facility management,
including the installation and maintenance of the facility equipment.
Rory's expertise and hands on experience in the testing and
evaluation of building systems has improved the TOPA Financial
Center Engineering Department significantly. Current modernization
projects that bring value engineering to the TOPA Financial
Center include fire alarm upgrades, direct digital controls
and energy saving programs. Before his career in facilities
management Rory had a successful career serving in the U. S.
Navy. Rory holds a Masters Degree in Business from the University
of Phoenix. |

Nestor
Salcedo,
Assistant Chief Engineer Nestor has worked in such lovely states
as California and Alaska yet Hawaii drew him back several
years ago. Nestor began working
at the Topa Financial Center In 2001. Soon after Topa Management
Company took over building management, Nestor was given the
role of Assistant Chief Engineer to Chief Engineer Rory Reiley. Nestor graduated from high school
in the Philippines after which he attended Southeastern College
and Fiate University, Manila, and UH Community Colleges. He
has received training from the Hawaii Transportation School,
Professional Career Development Institute, Trane Educational
Division, and Rockhurst University Continuing Education. Nestor
says his five children keep him and his wife pretty busy.
As for hobbies, Nestor likes to play basketball, ride his
bicycle and play baseball with the kids. In his spare time
he enjoys renovating his house and just staying busy. |

Barbara Van
Dine,
Administrator
Ms. Van Dine is the Administrator and Executive Assistant to the General
Manager at the Topa Financial Center. Barbara joined the Topa
team in January of 2003 after having transferred from PM Realty
Group when Topa Management took over the building management.
Ms. Van Dine is one of only 110 holding a Certified Professional
Secretary (CPS) rating in the State of Hawaii. She is also an
active member of the International Association of Administrative
Assistants and has served in every office at the Chapter and
State level. Prior to her career in property management, Barbara
worked for a State Senator. Barbara is very familiar with the
Topa Financial Center and many of its tenants since she worked
in the building for sixteen years. Barbara says that coming
to work at the Topa Financial Center was like “coming
home”. |

Cynthia A. Quiaoit,
Accountant
Cynthia has handled the day to day accounting responsibilities
for the building for the past 15 years and is very knowledgeable
about its financial matters. Cynthia has an extensive and varied
accounting background ranging from banking, restaurant and retail
to real estate property management. In addition, she has been
responsible for large multi-company payroll and personnel management.
Cynthia is also a licensed real estate salesperson. Cynthia
takes her duties very seriously and knows that tenants' confidence
in the building management is often colored by the accuracy
with which the financial matters are handled. Cynthia is proud
to be a part of the Topa Financial Center team. |

Nicole K. M. Domingo,
Asst. Leasing Agent and Tenant Services Coordinator
Ms. Domingo has been the Tenant Services Coordinator and
Assistant Leasing Agent for the
management office since November 1998. Nicole assists the tenants
in building matters and manages the day to day operations of
the buildings janitorial crew. She also works with the Leasing
Department on tenant leases and lease renewals. Nicole is currently
pursuing her Bachelors degree in Business Administration. |

Deborah Yacas, Receptionist
When you visit our office, the first person
to greet you will be our receptionist, Deborah Yacas. Deborah
began her employment with Topa Management Company in November of
2004 and handles the day-to-day tenant work orders and manages
the access/key card responsibilities. The majority of Deborah's
time is spent communicating with tenants and she is more than
willing to assist them with any problems that may arise.
Deborah says that she likes the diversity of
her job and is happy to be an essential part of the team. She
also mentioned that looks forward to coming to work every day.
Deborah says that working in a hip yet sophisticated and
professional environment inspires motivates her with respect to
her future goals. Deborah was born and raised in Honolulu. With
two young children that keep her busy she still finds time to
shop ‘til she drops as well as jet ski. |
